Antistatic Agent |
|
Indo Amines Antistatic Agents find application in plastic industry. Our Antistatic Agents has excellent migrating and hydrophillic characteristics. It is an excellent surfactant and on incorporation it immediately migrates to the surface to form a thin layer to impart antistatic characteristics to the plastics. It helps to absorb and hold moisture on the surface thus reducing the surface resistivity. Our Antistatic Agent apart from imparting antistatic property also finds application in plastic industry as wetting agent for compounding of pigments, fillers and various polymers including engineering plastics thus making it an ideal formulation for compounding as well as master-batches. |

All our Antistatic Agent formulations are tailor-made based on the intended application and type of plastic resin to which it will be incorporated. The effective dosage level for obtaining a good antistatic property is 0.3 to 1.0% by weight of the plastic resin used |
